Dear Friends

My parents visa denied twice (Nov & May) at Mumbai. Now I want to apply at Delhi because at Mumbai once they heard "Gov. Retied"... Bang.... They don't ask for pension or no question related to finance even though mom & dad are getting good pension annually...

In previous two DS 160 I mentioned language know: Gujarati.

Now can I add Hindi and take date at Delhi in Hindi?

OR

Stand again at Mumbai in Gujarati?

They can do it either way, but "shopping around the Consulates" is not going to help.
