i am applying for a B2 visa for my parents,me a GC holder n husband a US citizen,husband will be sponsoring them, is it necessary for parents to carry all property & business documents along with income certificate & income tax proof???

Yes. Even if you are funding, their income and financial status is a very important factor as a
tie to India.

Usually they decide on the basis of verbal answers without looking at any documents,
but it does not hurt to carry them, just in case .
