reapplying again

hello Pals
i was late in finding out this forum.I got rejected for B1/B2 under section 214G.Now i am planning to reapply.
1.Can i use the same leave sanctioning letter that i had for the earlier interview.The dates for which I will be on laeve will be the same.
2.Should i bne getting a new salary dcertificate from my employer?Or will all the pay stubs in itself will do?
