Need clarification on B2 visa - Urgent

Hi,

I'm on a official trip to US on B1 in June. I also wanted to take my spouse with me, is it possible to get her a B2 visa and take her with me. Also what kind of documents do i need to submit/support for her visa interview.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, she can apply showing your passport and visa as documents. also, your salary and IT returns for funding proof.
If she is employed she will have to show own income docs and leave letter.

sometimes they ask for evidence that you are indeed husband and wife. ( marriage registration)
(join accounts etc.)
