Hi all..
Please help me with this Visitors visa issue
Last week my In-laws went for visitors visa in hyderabad, and their visa got regected.
The reason that the visa office mentioned is, as per the US guidelines my in-laws dont have
the ""financial support"" to go USA. They haven't seen any documents at all.
1) I have sent all the documents from my side.
I-134 (affidivit of support),w-2's,paystubs, bank statements, employer letter ect.
Even my In-laws showed property about 1.5 cr and Income of 5,00,000.
Some of friends says that 5 lacs income is too less. That might be the reason for rejection..
I have couple of questions...
1) When would be best time to try to appear visa again for them?
Is it better to wait for couple of months or Is it better to go soon again?
2) My father in law wants to send only my Mother in law this time.
Is it ok if only my mother in law go to visa?
Do they ask why did you came alone? instead of coming together?
3) How much income or property do my in-law's need to show?
4) Visa officer didn't check my I-134 at all, do they need to show my I-134 during the interview?
