partial sponsorship for parents

We are planning to apply for a B2 visa for my parents. How ever we wanted to sponsor their living expenses in US and my parents would buy tickets with their financial resources. Would this create problem for fling the petition for B2? We also don't have enough funds to show/sponsor their air fair at this point of time!

Either the host or the applicant must be able to show strong income and funds to support the whole trip.If you show partial funding , they will be surely denied.
