I am a US citizen.
If I want to sponsor 4-5 people for visitor visa. Will it cause any problems while filing green card for my parents?
is there any limit how many people you can sponsor?

No. won't have any effect on the GC process for your parents.

Depending on your income and savings, you can sponsor as many.
Read the instructions that come with the I-134 pdf file ( download it from USCIS website).

Also note that sponsorship is a misnomer for I-134 document.
*It is not mandatory for a visitor visa and is not the primary thing considered in the interview. Home Ties are the most important.
*It is counterproductive in a lot of situations; proving that the applicant does not have
enough funds for the trip and hence weak financial ties to home country.
