Affidavit If Person In India Is Sponsoring

I would like to know what are the affidavits that need to be done if the person in India is sponsoring the trip .Please let me know.

No affidavits required.
Only employment and income proof ( salary slip , IT return, business proof).
Make sure that sponsoring person in India has an income of at least 15 lacs/yr to be on the safe side.
