  • Visitor visa for Sister - Unmarried but working and owning property

I would like to invite my sister to US to visit me and tour with me around either the Diwali vacation or during last part of the year.

She is 27 and working as a Business Analyst. The last time we had applied she was working with an IT company and she along with my parents had been to the Mumbai consulate. All their visa was rejected.

After that my parents have tried twice this year but got rejected both the times. The income they stated did not match the tax documents (my dad mentioned family income including my sister's and tax statement was his alone).
    They had checked the documents.

The last 2 times my sister did not accompany them for the interview. The last her visa was rejected was Jan 2011.

After that she has never reapplied and has switched jobs to a product based company (non IT company) and has also recently bought a house in India. Her salary is in the 6 -10L bracket and is due for appraisal.

She should be able to get a letter from her HR for the number of days they are willing to give her leaves and an NOC.

Would it be wise idea to apply for her later part of this year. I dont want to apply now since I was recently in India in May. If yes, is it a good idea if I sponsor her or she applies on her own?

It is the best if she can show that she can take care of trip (financially) on her own.
