DS-160 Travel companion information not needed?

Hello,

I am a green card holder and I am applying for my parents visitor visa. I have filled form DS 160 and I am at sign and submit page. My father is primary on the application but it did not ask for my mother's passport or any other information. Is this something new on the form? So when we pay visa fees, we will still pay for both of them right? I would appreciate any help on this. Thanks!

DS-160 form is per person. Therefore, you need to fill two forms, one for your father and another for your mother.
