Visitor Visa for In-laws and Parents

Thanks to immihelp that we got the Visitor's visa for my in-laws on July 12th, 2012, They intend to come here on October and stay for about 4-6 months.

My question is: I plan to apply for Visitor's visa for my parents as well. Is it ok to apply now, that is, starting of August, since I want to use most of the documents that I sent for my in-laws, for my parents to use.

Please help.

Also, my parents are planning to do their Hajj in November and have to submit their Passport on August 20. So I want to schedule their interview before that. If they get the Visa, they shall plan to travel next April.
