My L1B visa expired in May'12 , and my company has filed my extension.(I received acknowledgement from USICS and can legally work). I am still waiting for a reply from USICS for a yes/no on extension.
I need to apply for my parents visa so that they can travel around november ( my wife is expecting). If i apply for visa with my details as sponsor will there be any problem or will it be - ve? My father is a doctor and my mother is an house wife.
PS:- My wife is having valid L1 visa expiring in Dec'13.
