US Tourist Visa from India if my boy friend i sponsoring- I am working in India

Can my boyfriend sponser my US tourist visa. I want to visit US on a holiday for 20-25 days during December. I am working with a reputed MNC in India and I would have my offer letter and leave letter and all required details. I would be returning back or else I would loose my job... I have no intensions of staying there ever...

Do you think the consulate would approve my Visa?

Would be great to have any comments or suggestions....

Very little chance. Whats the visa status of your boyfriend? Ideally if you have the finances why aren't you sponsoring yourself? Why only you are going why not the family? How long are you in the current job? If its been very recent the VO might think that its easy for you to leave the job.


Its not only getting a sponsor, VO assess your family ties, your own financial ties the reason for travel. etc. This is my opinion not legal advice.
