B2- can we sponsor (L1A)

Please read this and advice

I moved to the US in june 3rd. I am on L1-A and my wife is along with me but we didn't bring our daughter who is also on L2. She is 2.5 years old. We didn't bring her because we came directly from US and we don't want her to strain during the intial stage.Now I am palnning to bring her problem
1. can I bring her with the help of my fathers assistance( by getting him a B2 visa)
2. Can we request the consular to grand him visa on this case or shall we keep it as a secret which my wife is not allowing
3. My father is also retired and my mom ,his parents and my brother(unmarried working with a central govt in trivandrum are back in India)
4. he doesn't have to pay tax but we are paying tax for lands we own
5. How muchmoney we should have to support my father in us.
6. we have money in India and in Dubai bank in dollars and I am getting a decent pay
7. my wife is not working



Can u tell me the possiblity of getting a visa his interview is on august 26th
