I am working on L1 and my wife on L2.
My parents recently got their visitor visa with me sponsoring their trip.
Now I want to apply for my in-laws visa.
My father in law is a retired govt employee and mother in law is a homemaker.
What would be a better option to sponsor their visa
1) I sponsoring it from USA
2) or my Brother - in -law ( who works in India ) sponsoring their trip showing his financial proofs and reason being he wants his (and my wife's ) parents to visit USA to meet (his sister)my wife, me and also tourism in US.
which situation will be shown as a closer tie and increase chances of their visa being approved?
Financial proofs can be shown by either of us.
