Teacher - Visitor visa

Hi,
I would like to invite my MIL on visitor. She got rejected two times last year. at that time we put occupation as a HOME MAKER. she is currently working as school teacher.
1. Shall I put occupation as Teacher this time?
2. If yes, What're the documents she needs to take. If you have any samples of NOC etc please send it.
3. What are chances of getting visa as teacher than home maker?

Try to overcome the specific reason for refusal last year.

1. Was she really a homemaker or a teacher the last time she applied?
She can state that she is a teacher now but let her not make a statement that is in direct conflict with what she said last year.

2. Letter from school stating her employment status and that she
is granted leave (period) for a US visit.

3.Someone with a permanent job has a better chance but applications
are judged as whole and not on one issue.
