Visitor Visa for Mother & Sister - I134 question

Hello,

I have a question regarding I-134. My sister is travelling with my mother. Should I specify my sister's name under "Name if spouse and children accompanying " as "Child " travelling with my mother. Also, should I specify my mother's name in I-134 that I prepare for my sister and list my mother is accompanying my sister.

How old is your sister?

My sister is 29 years.
Also, I have another question, Should I be sending bank docs/statements and my passport/GC copies and other docs to my sister seperately or Can i just send one copy of all the docs except I-134 & Bank letter? I am sending them a seperate invitation letter and also letter to consulate.

Please advise.

Just send one of everything including the I-134.Include both the names for
support in one I-134
