I stay in the US. My sister wants to visit me. And my father will be sponsoring the visit of my sister.

Q1. Is an I - 134 required from my father stating his sponsorship?
Q2. What documents does my father need to show, in addition to the below ones.

a - bank statement of balance in savings account
b - income tax return
c - sponsorship letter

Q3. How much balance will my father need to show in his account if my sister is coming to US for 1 month.
(excluding cost of ticket).
