Aunt's Visa Rejected At Mumbai Consulate
My Aunts VISa got reject at Mumbai Consulate on 25 September 2012 under 241 (b). I donot understand under what circumstances this has happened to her.
1. She has a family(2 Son, Husband, daughter in law , grandson) back in India
2. She is retired professor, P.hd
3. Good amount of land and property in India
She asked 3 questions and got denial
1. Why are u going? - For Graduation ceremony of my niece and pleasure trip
2. Is Ur brother coming? Yes, he is in process
3. Where does your niece works?
Please tell me what changes I should do in DS-160 and how can I prove to Consulate that she do not want to stay more than a month If they don't ask for any documentation or questions related to this.
