Please Help!!!! B2 Visa appointment schedule in Stanley web site

HI,

I tried scheduling my parent B2 visa appointment on the new Stanley site but unfortunately i created 2 separate profiles/login for my mom & dad due to which it isnt allowing me to add dependents. Tried calling the custom care & sent a email but no response. Did anyone face the same issue, any idea on whats the solution for this ? Appreciate any help on this regard.

Log into your mother's profile, change the details to some junk details by clicking on 'Update Profile'. Hopefully, that will make her profile invalid.

After that log into your father's profile and try to schedule for both.

Please let everyone know if that worked or not.

so if I do that will it not lock her profile and what if I cant add her information on my father's profile then i may lose both the accounts.

Well, the idea is to make her profile NOT her profile any more, if possible.

I don't know what the solution is for sure. I am just trying to help to the best of my understanding.

After that log into your father's profile and try to schedule for both.

1. Can we schedule one interview for both mom-dad ?

2. My dad know English and Hindi and my mom only knows Hindi. Which language should I choose for interview ?

Issues in updating the non-editable fields in profile page

Hi,

I have a profile with ustraveldocs.com, with which i processed B2 visa for my in-laws. Now using the same profile i'm trying to process visa for my parents. But unfortunately still my in-law details are getting populated in profile page. I went ahead and created a new profile and once i click continue/submit in profile page the app says that i have to use my existing profile with ustraveldocs.com.

I reached out to support team and they asked for the old and new applicant passport so that they can update the profile page with my father's information and i can continue doing the payment and blocking an appointment with consulate. But it's been more than 2 days and still i have not got any update.

Any suggestions on what should i do now? Please help!!!
