Extension visitor visa.

Hi,

My parents are staying with me on visitors visa. This is there second visit to us in San Jose, California with 6months I-94. They have a 10 year visa stamping on their Indian passports. They are planning to stay with my brother in Chicago if they get an extension for 6 months.

- Should I give my brothers address in Chicago while applying for an extension or give the my current address on the application? Will that make difference for approval? Are there may rejections in California processing center? I heard a few rejection. I am not sure what is the criteria for rejection.

Any idea on how to proceed.

You can specify any address. It doesn't really matter. There is no logic whether the application in California or Nebraska are approved or rejected. It all depends upon individual cases.
