Hey everyone ..
i have tourist visa .. i came to USA in January then i came back in April then i came back to USA in May and i fall in love with a girl so we decide to marry .. we married in july and everything was good but now we have alot of problem and we are going to divorce so what can i do this case .. can i stay in USA .. can i marry a girl again .. did the marriage go threw my record because they took a picture of my passport and my birth certificate .. and i didn't file nothing yet for the Green card only i took picture and everything is going to be destroyed .. i hope i can do something i like this USA and i wish i can live here thank you ..

If you are no longer married to your spouse (who is I believe US citizen), you can't get green card based on marriage to her.

You will have to maintain the legal nonimmigrant status on your own or leave the country. Otherwise, you will be considered illegal.
