Visitor Visa Extension Outside USA

Hi,

I am planning to invite my mother in 3 months to USA and her B2 visa is ready to expire in 5 months. How can I get her visa extended in India before she travels to USA.

My dad's B2 visa is expiring in 4 months and I am planning to invite him to US in 6 months. What should I do to extend his visa so he can travel to USA after 6 months ?

He can even apply now under the interview waiver program. Interview can be waived if he is applying at the same embassy/consulate as the last time .
