I-94 Visa extension

Hey all,

I really need all the help i can get right now. I am hearing diffrent things about extending my I-94 visa. I was only granted 1 month and would like to extend. (Feb 11th is when my I-94 expires)

1. Am i allowed to wait for an answer or Do i have to leave before my expiry date?

2.does the 120 Days Grace period, apply to me?

3.Will i be considered as "Overstay" if i wait for a responce, since it take 2-3 month??

4. If i am allowed when should i apply for the Extension??

Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. I just dont know what to do? SOS

It is unlikely you can avail the 120 days grace period. If you ever want to come to USA again, do not try to overstay beyond your I 94 expiry date
