My friend and her family recently apply for USA Visa and luckily she was granted. But on their D16 form she filled that she is going to Missouri, they ask if they have any family member there and her reply was no. Now they have change of plan to go to New York she wants to know if there is going to be any problem at the point of entry with immigration officer.
Note no any annotation on their visa
