My fiancé and I are expecting our child in July.
Her divorce is not final and may take up to three years. Can she come to US on a b1/b2 visa
I know we can do a k1 but we want out child born in USA. Any suggestions

She should not try to come on visitor visa with the intention to give birth in US.

Actually, you wouldn't be able to get the K1 visa either. If you get the K1 you have to get married within 90 days. If she is still married then you wouldn't be able to get married within that time frame
