I apologize, I'm sure this was asked a thousand times but I'll ask anyway.
Scenario.
Has 10 yrs multiple entry visa
B2 Visa extension filed before I94 expired.
Left the US 120 days after I94 expired
Extension still pending at the time of exit from the US
USCIS asked sent an RFE (note: no longer in the US
Daughter replied to the RFE sent affidavit of support, pay stubs, W2 and visa holder's copy of passport, visa page etc.
Visa extension denied 45 days after visa holder left the US
Question/s
1. Is her 10 year visa void?
2. How can she verify the status of the visa.
3. Should the visa
Holder just go ahead and reapply for a visa in case the person decides to come and visit after a year?
