Visitor Visa For Mother

Hi Guys ,
I have a scenario regarding US travel visa for my Mother.
My mother got remarried after death of my father, me being her son from first marriage.

My mother’s surname is different than me-she uses the surname from her second marriage and discontinued the first surname which I have.
She is not having any certificate-death certificate for my father’s death or marriage certificate from both the marriages.

What options do u suggest in this case-Can I call my mother as Aunt or Step mother to do her visitor visa?

She is still your mother. Her remarrying does not make her your aunt or step mother.

Do you have birth certificate showing her name?
