Multiple visa for USA and Canada

My parents have multiple visa for USA and Canada, can they visit USA while they travel Canada and how long they can stay in USA?

How many visa for USA & which ones?

Yes, they can freely visit USA, as long as they have a valid visa & fulfilling basic requirement for that visa.

How long can they stay depends on type of visa they will be using at POE.
