Renter to USA in B2 visa(Urgent)

Hi,

My parents are on B2 visa and they will be returning back to India on December 11 after 6 months stay. I am planning to bring them back on March second week back due to my medical conditions. I have a surgery planned March last . I don't want to take extension route due to uncertainty in process and outcome and so would be taking this path.

I will be requesting stay for short duration only.

Can some one please help me with following?
Can they renter USA on March?
Or Do I need to go ahead with the extension?
Will this affect their future visa renewal?

Ideally they need to stay outside USA for more than 6 months (since they stayed for 6 months). But you can give it a try.

Is it their first visit? if yes, then no, please have them go back.

They might be questioned for their extended stay. But they will get the visa upon answering properly.
