Hi all,
My mother-in-law's visitor visa has to be extended for further 3 months though my father-in-law is going back. I am wondering in the documentation to be sent to the INS do I need to send the source of income (in India) papers though my father-in-law is a primary earner? My mother-in-law is a house-wife.
Also do I need to send my I-134 affidavit as well?
I appreciate your response.
Thanks in advance.
