I Want To Have Some Information..i Am Totally Confused.....
I Am In Usa On B1/b2 Visa Upto Aug 2008....but The Date On I-94 Form Is Dec 2.2007 Which Means That I Have To Exit Usa Before Dec 2......now I Got Canada Visa For 6 Months From Usa ....now If I Exit Usa And Go To Canada Then Will They Take My I-94 Form On Exit To Canada Or Is It Necessary That I Have To Go Back To India To Have Re Entry In Usa....

In order to get new I-94, you have to go out of North America and come back.

i want to clear out that if i go out of america and go to canada......will they consider canada visit and issue me new I-94....i have read somewhere that they donot take your I-94 form when u will go to canada.mexico or carribean....actually i want to have new I-94 form so that i can be in usa for more time.........

I said you have to go out of North America. I didn't say you get new I-94 when you go out of USA. There is a difference.
