About Extension Of Visa

Hello,

I want to apply for an extended visitor visa. In your website, I saw that one of the documents which I have to send is as follows:
"A copy of return air tickets (this would be helpful to show that the stay is temporary) Copy of actual paper air tickets are required. Copies of e-ticket or just itinerary are no good. "
Regarding this I have 2 doubts:

1. Should I send the copy of return ticket? Is it a must?
2. I was not issued an actual paper ticket; instead I was issued with an electronic ticket.


If I have to send my return tickets, can I send the e-ticket or should I actually send the paper tickets. The airlines that provided me with e-ticket does not provide Please advise me on how to do this...
