B2 Visa Extension

Hi,

I need your help guys. My mother is visiting on a B2 Visa and I would
like to extend her stay. I have completed the forms I-539 and I-34.

I would like to get a sample letter that I a doctor certifies that she is
having issues with her blood pressure and heart rate.

I would appreciate your help.
