visitor visa extension denied and re-applied for visa again?

My parents had 10 years visa and there extension got denied. Immihelp says they need to go for visa again as there 10years visa will become void. Can anyone went through this and can share there experience with visa process, us consulate and POE.

This has been discussed at least thousand times on this forum.

People want to believe only what is convenient to them. If they hear something else, they want to continue to ask until they hear whatever is convenient to them.
