Extension by one day

Hi there,
My mom is having multiple entry Visitor Visa to USA and she been to USA for 3 times. And this time accidentally we booked her return ticket one day after 6 months but her I-94 is given for 6 months, would this cause any issue? Do we have to apply for extention?

Please advice.

It would be best to get the ticket changed. Otherwise, you must file for an extension.
