Hi! I have B1/B2 visa. And my I-94 says that I can stay till july 5th.2010.
I'm attending a mission/bible school. I'm leaving the country march 31th for missions in China and coming back to U.S june 13th.
However while my stay here at the mission/bible school I got interested in another class. That starts July 8th and end around end of november. So my plan is to just stay here at the school, because the class I'm doing now ends june 20th. I hope you understand my situation.
So my questions are:
1. What will happen with my visa and I-94 when I re-enter U.S?
2. What should I do? Apply for extension of my Visa? Before or after my re-entering?
3. Or can I say to the officers at the airport when I re-enter U.S, that I'm interested to stay 6 months longer? (for school. I can get a paper from the school) And therefore I maybe don't need to apply for an extension?
