Challenging problema
Hi,
My inlaws came to USA first time 3 months back and are scheduled to leave by the end of March 2011(just before 6 months). We are expecting our first baby by June 2011 and are contemplating whether to file for an extension for inlaws or just let them leave the country as scheduled and arrange to visit again in June.
What's our best option?
- Should we file for extension? Does USCIS give extension on the basis of their daughter's pregnancy? OR
- Should we arrainge for a revisit within 3 months? Would people have problems re-entering the U.S. on B2(visitors) visa within 3/4 months of their first visit?
Will appreciate any thoughts...
