hi.i have visitor visa b-2.i arrived in usa 01/23/12.my i-94 will expire 02/21/12.can i extend my visa little bit longer because my husband was not able come with us.he wiil come march 5th then we can go to LA to travel.

Extension responses take a long time to come. In your case , the response will come a long time after your I-94 expires.

By the way, what did you tell them at entry that they only gave you a one month stay?

Extension application denials if received after the expiry of I-94 require you to leave immediately,
as you become out of status. Next time when you enter on the same visa, they can stop you for overstay . And you must convince them with extension application denial papers + proof of your departure from US.
