Fastest visa extension required

Hello

Im a tanzanian citizen,and was trying to board a flight to costarica this morning.

I was under the impression that they go according to I-94 that is valid on my passport for entry into their country.

But according to Costarican embassy they require valid visa for 3 months according to my visa stamp given from origin.

According to costarican embassy they have suggested me to apply for extension.(USA)

How long is your extention process?

I wish i had known that they do not go off the I-94,i also lost my return ticket for this morning.

Im in washington Dc at the moment.I would like to know the fastest way to extend my visa so that can travel to costarica?

No way to expedite extension.
IT takes several weeks.
