Medical insurance for Mom from India - preexisitng condition

One of my mom's Kidney is not functioning for the past 12 years. She is taking medicine regularly and no complication have risen for past 12 years.
I am planning to take insurance with pre-existing conditions, incase something happens to her (related to her Kidney) during the stay, does this qualify for acute onset of pre-existing condition ?
