Cruise tour and travel and pre-existing conditions

Last year I purchased a trip insurance for my mother called Cruise Tour and Travel which covered pre-existing medical conditions under certain conditions. I dont mean to ask the same old question about pre-existing conditions, but the agent at insubuy.com confirmed that pre-existing conditions were indeed covered.

Is this plan still available, for visitors from India to the US?

That plan indeed covered pre-existing conditions.

However, effective August 25, 2004, that plan is available only to the residents of US, Canada and Guam. Insurance company changed the eligibility requirements, because they had too many claims from people coming to US with pre-existing conditions.

In other words, it is no longer available to visitors from India to US. That is why we don't even it show it on our website anymore.
