Medical Insurance for HIV Positive

Hi,

My parents are visiting USA for 3 months. My father is HIV positive and he is taking his medicine to maintain his CD4 count. Can someone please let me know the best medical plan for him.
Also, in case of any problem in USA, will it be considered as pre existing condition?
