Regarding visitor insurance

This is Amit from canton MI would like to get some info about the visitor health insurance .

My mother is coming on 05th Feb on visitor visa and planning to live 4 months her age is 61 year old and in pre medical condition she had a bi-pass surgery in India before 3 year .

so can you please advise me how the insurance work in this condition and what will be the quote ?
