Hi,

I have a couple of questions about insurance plan from Patriot America:

1) One of my relatives is visiting USA. Duration for which insurance is required is March 1, 2017 to August 25, 2017. This person is completing age 64 years on June 30, 2017. What is the correct age category for this person. 60-64 or 65-69?
2) Is the total dental coverage just $100? Or is it $100 per visit, per tooth etc.? Can you please clarify?

In order to better assist with determining the proper age for quoting purposes can you please provide the date of birth in MM/DD/YYYY format, this will allow to determine what age bracket you should quote within.

The dental coverage on the plan is in the event of an acute unexpected pain to the sound natural tooth. This is not a dental insurance benefit, this will cover for alleviation of acute unexpected pain. The benefit amount is in total for the policy $100.
