  • Insurance question

    Hi,
Has anyone used this insurance sofar and what is your experience with it? My parents are visiting me from India soon and I am looking for various options.

Also, my Dad has taken few tests now and his LBB came out to be blocked partially. But, when he had this result shown 2 years back on ECG I guess, we had him take Angiogram(hope I spelled it right) test, and doctors said that is nothing to worry about and it is common in few people. They said that is something that we donot need to feel concerend about. When I shop for an insurance, do I need to mention this as pre-exisitng condition?

and another thing is my parents use medicine for BP and it is pretty much under control. They anever had any issues with it. Is that a pre-exisitng condition as well?

    Thanks.

No insurance company can afford to cover pre-existing conditions for visitors to USA. You are paying a small premium and if every one claims lot of money, where will the insurance company get the money to all the claims?

    I suggest you read https://www.insubuy.com/visitor-medi...ng-conditions/

That article gives detailed explanation of pre-existing conditions situation for visitor insurance.

It is definitely better to buy from US based company. It has many advantages. Please read https://www.insubuy.com/guide/

      Insurance question

Thanks for the reply. I am not asking if the insurance company pays for the pre exisitng condition or not.

My question is whether the conditions I described in my post would be considered as pre existing. My parents don't have any health problems, but, at the same time, my Dad has shown LBB partial block in ECG. According to doctors, that is something that need not be concerned about. Also, BP is always under control with medicine.

Anyways, Which insurance would you recommend? I didnot know that the link I posted is Indian Insurance. Thanks for the information.

Most likely it will be considered as pre-existing condition in all the plans.

I recommend Protection America. Please look at https://www.insubuy.com/forum/showthread.php?t=25333 to understand why.

          Information

          Narendra,
Thanks very much for the information. If I buy the insurance through you, do you charge any extra fees?

Also, what is the best number to reach you so I can see what options are available? and also see how much it is going to cost me. My parents are coming by 27th. I must take care if it as soon as possible.
          Thanks.

No, there are no extra charges. No body can charge you any different premium. Insurance prices are fixed by the insurance company and filed with the government. Everyone (including myself) have to pay the same price.

You can reach me at (866) INSU-BUY x112.

You can visit https://www.insubuy.com and enter your details. You will see the prices for different deductibles.
