The values I entered were

I get $816 from your site for the same plan and $766 from ***
The brochures also seem to be slightly different.

Is there any difference in your plans ? or is it the same ?

WorldMed insurance was earlier called WorldMed LongTerm, around 2 years back. They are still showing WorldMed LongTerm brochure which is outdated.
Morever, their quoting engine is inaccurate. 06/27/2006 to 12/26/2006 is exactly 6 months, while they are incorrectly showing you price for 5.5 months. $136 * 5 + $81 = $761. When you finally try to purchase, you will be charged $816. This is misleading.
