Monthly payment for Protection America insurance

I am planning to take Protection America insurance for my MIL. She is coming to US on 22nd of this month. Also I would like to take on a month to month basis. Is there any additional cost for this?. How do I renew every month?
Also does the policy number change each month?

Therefore, if you would like pay month by month, while purchasing the insurance, just mention that you would like to buy for 1 month now.
As long as you renew for 1 month or more at a time, there is no additional cost. If you renew for less than 1 month, there is $5 renewal fee.

As long as you renew before it expires, it would be same policy number every time.
