Visitor Medical travel insurance

I am looking for the travel insurance for my parents (aged 63 and
64 yrs). They will be here in California on Feb 1 and plan to stay for
3 months.

I have read a lot of good things about you on insubuy. I
was planning on getting TATA-AIG but haven't read good things about it
on the web. I have read you recommend Protection America from IMG.
For 100k policy limit I see that monthly premium is 197$. Thats comes
out to roughly 1200 $. Can we do any better than that? Is there any
way to get list of hospitals and doctors covered locally here in the
san jose area?
