Co insurance question

I am planning to buy another compehensive insurance Patriot/Protection America. However one thing is not clear to me - regarding how co-payment works for every sickness or medical / dictor office visit. Is it only the deductible and 20% of the first $5000. That means if I need to visit a doctor office and the charge is $200, and my deductible is $100, so I pay $100 + 20% of $200 = $100 + $40 = $140

Would appreciate if you can kindly clarify

It is not exactly like that.

It is $100 + 20% of remaining $100 which is $20 = $100 + $20 = $120
